Public leaderboard for Solana apps. You pay SOL on devnet to sit above everyone else. No ads, no votes, no revenue share.

1. 01FOMO starts at #1 at 0.1 SOL. A new 0.1 SOL bid still lands on the board, just not above FOMO. Equal bids keep the older spot higher.
2. 02New listings start at 0.1 SOL. Bids move in 0.1 SOL steps, up to 10,000 SOL. Paying less than the current #1 still buys whatever rank that amount can take.
3. 03Taking #1 means outbidding the top spot. If FOMO is 0.1 SOL, 0.2 SOL takes the seat. Raise an existing URL by at least 0.1 SOL; you only pay the difference.
4. 04Settlement is native SOL on Solana Devnet. Funds go to BtMB6s…mz1VDF. Each bid is an on-chain transfer plus a memo the board indexes.
5. 05List a product, not a chat. Project websites, GitHub repos, app-store pages, and X handles are fine. Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and link shorteners are not.
6. 06No adult content. If it is porn, NSFW, or an adult platform, it does not belong on the board.
