terms

These terms explain the ground rules for browsing SolanaBid, submitting a listing, and signing a bid transaction.

Using the service

By using the interface or submitting a bid, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live and must follow applicable law. Do not use the service if these terms do not work for you.

What a rank means

The board orders accepted listings by their recorded SOL bid, with the published tie-breaking rules. Rank can change as soon as another accepted bid is indexed. A listing or rank is paid placement, not an endorsement, audit, ownership check, or promise about the linked meme.

Listings and contributions

Any wallet may create or contribute to a listing. A payment does not establish ownership, control, operation, representation, or endorsement of the token, meme project, or brand. You remain responsible for having the rights needed to publish the listing metadata you submit.

The token CA, derived explorer URL, name, description, and category from the first accepted listing transaction are frozen by the board. Later accepted contributions from any wallet increase the listing's cumulative bid but do not replace that metadata. A raise pays the difference between the current accepted total and the reviewed new total. That reviewed total and rank are a quote; another finalized contribution can change the final result while the exact accepted payment is still added.

Wallet transactions

You control your wallet and approve every transaction. Before signing, verify the network, treasury recipient, SOL amount, public memo, and fees shown by your wallet. A bid sends SOL directly to the configured treasury and includes the listing data in a signed public transaction memo.

The transfer and memo are submitted together in one Solana transaction, but listing acceptance, ranking, and moderation are performed by the off-chain SolanaBid indexer. Finalized transfers can be irreversible. A malformed, mismatched, underpaid, overpaid, or manually constructed transaction may transfer SOL without being accepted onto the board. The service does not promise a refund, a particular rank duration, traffic, clicks, or business results.

Never share a seed phrase or private key with SolanaBid or a linked site.

Your listing

You are responsible for the token CA and associated metadata you submit, and for having the right to publish them. Do not submit scams, malware, impersonation, unlawful material, adult content, deceptive claims, privacy violations, or tokens barred by the listing rules.

Moderation

SolanaBid may omit or hide a listing from its interface when needed for safety, law, policy enforcement, or service integrity. Moderation is off-chain: it does not prevent wallets from sending transactions, erase public blockchain data, or reverse or refund a transfer. Use the report page to flag a listing.

Risk and availability

Linked meme projects, wallets, RPC providers, explorers, and the Solana network are independent services. Use them at your own risk. SolanaBid is provided as available and may be changed, paused, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service is uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. A revised effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply to later use and transactions.
